Course Booking and Participation
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, classes, and products offered by Maternal Moments Ltd, including KG Hypnobirthing™ and antenatal education courses delivered online or in person.
1. Bookings and Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your place on the course.
Bookings are not confirmed without full payment.
A booking confirmation and course details will be sent via email once payment has been received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the course start date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances (see below).
If you miss a session, we will try to offer a catch-up or alternative session where possible, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Early birth or premature labour
Medical advice from a healthcare professional advising against attendance
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require appropriate supporting evidence (e.g. a medical note).
Any refund granted will be at the sole discretion of Maternal Moments Ltd, and balanced with the need to maintain the viability of the business.
We encourage open and honest communication and welcome one-to-one discussions to find a fair and reasonable resolution.
4. Course Content
The KG Hypnobirthing™ course is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or clinical care.
Course content includes antenatal education, breathing techniques, visualisations, and guided relaxation tools.
All course materials are for personal use only and must not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
5. Participant Responsibility
By enrolling, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally fit to participate.
It is your responsibility to consult your healthcare provider if you have any concerns.
You must inform the instructor of any relevant health conditions prior to starting the course.
You agree to take full responsibility for your own well-being during the course.
6. Limitation of Liability
Maternal Moments Ltd does not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the course
