Maternal Moments

We provide Hypnobirthing and Perinatal support for women and families looking for complementary services to their NHS or private midwife services. At Maternal Moments we are dedicated to supporting families through every stage of the perinatal journey. We provide our perinatal services with compassion, expertise, and personalised care. Our antenatal services and postnatal services are designed to empower expectant and new parents with confidence and calm. Our KG Hypnobirthing courses can be in group sessions or personalised one to one sessions and most importantly, whichever service you choose from our range of options, we'll make sure that it suits your needs and helps you through your perinatal journey.

Hello and welcome 

I’m Raj, the founder of Maternal Moments Ltd. I’m a registered midwife and a proud mum of two. As a practising midwife, it is a privilege to walk alongside women and birthing people during such a powerful and transformative time.
With over 15 years of NHS maternity experience, I’ve supported families from all walks of life. I’ve cared for those navigating birth after trauma, as well as those with additional emotional needs. These experiences have shaped the heart of Maternal Moments: offering care that is calm, respectful, inclusive, and truly centred on you.
I offer midwife-led antenatal education and Hypnobirthing courses — an evidence-based, empowering method of birth preparation accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. This includes group classes, one-to-one support, and bespoke packages designed around your unique needs. Sessions are available online and can be in person across the West Midlands, giving you flexibility and choice in how you prepare for birth and parenthood.
Maternal Moments is about creating space for you to feel confident, informed, and supported — wherever you are in your journey.
